Wonderful!

I have the Samsung Epic Galaxy 4G and it works just fine on my phone. You just gotta do not forget that just like with any phone you’re using a program and if you’re in a bad area with spotty reception it’s going to be laggy just like anything else would be.
Chat works fantastic, Calling does what it is supposed to do even though a little laggy most times with the newer updates. Much better than my experiences with Tango or Oovoo!

skype doesn’t work on new Fire!!!

If Amazon doesn’t enable the new Fire to work with a headset mic and Skype there will be a large total of returns; we may do without a video camera. I was told by an Amazon rep that it would work with skype but that wasn’t the case when I got it. Too bad…. It is a great product otherwise, and I would in all likelihood buy one for each fellow member of the family!

No video on Samsung galaxy tab 7 inch

works good on voice and I’m competent to make phone calls with it. Never did get the video working. Oh sigh.
